Dance Reflection The prompts below give dancers the opportunity to analyze their dancing and help them improve their understanding of technique, artistry, and, in a real sense, themselves. These prompts can be used for dance class (when working on technique), rehearsals (when preparing or practicing for a performance), or for a performance itself.Self-reflection questions; When reflecting on your dance, your performance of it, and the process of creating it, use the following questions as a guide. This class introduces our dancers to basic ballet skills. It promotes the structure of traditional ballet classes while still infusing creative movement games, the use of imagination, and the discovery of dance through musicality and fun.
